Increasing brand awareness in multiple verticals

Capturing attention on a global stage. SDL’s retail software division helps a variety of customer-facing industries better understand customer experience. They came to 104 West Partners seeking help to boost the awareness of their campaign management and analytics software in multiple verticals.

One vertical they focused on was travel. Together, with the subject matter experts at SDL, 104 West Partners designed a content program that showcased SDL’s understanding of the space through the use of consumer data about trends like mobile, social, retail, travel, data privacy and more.

We prepared a report on customer engagement in the travel industry and released it around a busy travel season, when travel stories would be planned, and when we could position the client as a thought leader. This content piece also garnered top-tier national and trade coverage, and was presented in a series of webinars with hundreds of attendees. The story was picked up in The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, 1to1 Media, The Today Show, The Huffington Post, The Sunday Times and more. And perhaps even more importantly became the basis for the company’s quarterly marketing effort, including a webinar with 250 RSVPs.
